How long do physical resin casts take to ship?
Our Resin Vault components are cast-to-order to ensure perfect tolerances. Standard production takes 3-5 factory days. Priority shipping (included in the Studio Pro tier) take an additional 4-7 days depending on destination.
Can I return a physical resin chassis?
We accept returns on unopened, un-painted physical parts within 14 days of delivery. Due to the precision nature of the joints, any material that has been modified or chemically treated is void of return.

Who owns the copyright to blueprints generated in the Lab?

Blueprints are for personal (non-commercial) use only.
Studio Pro Tiers
You receive a full commercial use license. You retain 100% ownership of the generated 3D molds derived from your custom recipes.
Why does generating a custom mold cost credits?
The Resin Lab doesn't just generate a 2D image; it renders a full-tolerance, 3D-printable `.stl` blueprint tailored for microscopic mechanical joints. The credit cost covers the immense computing power required for this 360-degree algorithmic generation. Studio Pro members receive unlimited generations.
